  1. NAME OF THE PRODUCT

    • FUSION HINGE or DOOR CLOSER HINGE or AUTO HINGE
    • Door closer hinge has perfect door closer function
    • If we use this hinge, there is no necessity to install the door closer on the door

  2. COMPOSITION OF THE PRODUCT

    • This product consists of three hinges, which are one set.
    • The upper hinge is a power hinge. You can adjust the power of door with this hinge.
    • The second hinge is a speed hinge. When the door is closed, we can adjust the speed of door with this hinge.
    • Speed hinge is a hydraulic hinge. It is controlled by hydraulic device.
    • The hinge at the lowest is a non-function hinge. Its role is to support the door

    (1)Prevention of Flaw

    • Installing of a general door closer will leave serious flaws or cracks on the door and on the door frame due to the nailing

    (4)Hold-Open Function

    • This hinge can hold-open the door at an angle of 80 ~ 140 range to the door frame
    • The second hinge at the middle has " Hold-Open" function.

    (5)Latching Speed

    • When you close the door with this hinge. you will find that the closing speed of the door reduces.

    (6)Preventing the Distortion and Slanting Down of Door

    • If you use the door closer for ling time, the door can be distorted and slanted down.
      -While the door's axis of rotation is located in the edge of door, the door closer's axis of rotation is located in the uppwer middle of the door.
    • The axis of rotation of this hinge is located at the edge of the door, so the spring hinge pull the door up and prevent the door from slanting down.
    • Therefore if you use this product, there will not be the door from slanting down of the door.

    (7)Weight of Door


    • We can use our door closer hinge from 10kg to100kg door.

    • One Japanese company had made similar product that was gear type, and whose body was big.
    • Our product is aball screw type which can use for a long period without any problem
    • Also this product is small and very beautiful.

  5. RAW MATERIAL


    • The raw Material of this hinge is duralumin, a kind of auminium.
    • Duralumin is 1.35 times stronger than steel and has good elasticity
    • Also core parts are special steel.
    • We plated a special treatment on this product, so you cna use this product near seashore.

    • We obtained "UL" mark.
    • We passed the fire-preventing law test, salt, test, temperature test(even -40° celsius)
    • We passed the opening and closing test in 500,000 times at Korea Testing Lavoratory.

    (1)According to the Function

    • We have a Nomal type and a Hold-Open type.
    • Normal type has the door closer function only.
    • Hold-Open type has door closer function and the function being held.

    • We have a Butterfly type and Flag type
