Operation Principle

  • Turning movement which is occured when door-opeing is delivered in to the screw inside hinge in sprial movement and piston which is connected th ehis does straight movement.
  • It is the principle that the speed of door-closing is controled by liquid volume when moving piston straight up & down.

Organization

  1. Spring hinge(Power control hinge)
    Discreminating by Click-nut on Hinge - Possibly installing on the door ranged No. 0.5~4 by turing Click-Nut

  2. Hydraulic hinge(or with Hold-Open)
    Discreminating by Click-nut on Hinge - using controlling Control - valve for proper speed after adjusting Spring hinge

  3. Non-function hinge
    Discreminating by hinge covered by both caps

  • General Type
    -Marking TR~Nd on Model No.
    -Operatinf without in whole range of 180° under fire-preventing laws
    -Door is closed slower and slower without moment hold in order not to overload hinge
  • Hold-Open Type
    -Marking in TR~H on Model No.
    -Basically adding function being held at the position 85° inside of hinge
    -The position being held on the range of 85° ~ 140° is optiona
    -0° ~ 80° is the range in which is no holdingl
